You work with a principal, not a queue
Kingsley is deliberately small. Dariel reviews every engagement, and you have a named accountant who knows your business rather than a support ticket number.
Kingsley Accounting Group has served small businesses across Miami and South Florida since 2017. We stayed small so the person who reviews your work is the person whose name is on the door.
Kingsley Accounting Group is a boutique accounting firm based in Miami, Florida, providing small business accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, tax planning, payroll and advisory services. The firm has been led by Managing Director Dariel Kingsley since May 2017 and serves owner-operated businesses across Miami-Dade, Broward and the wider state of Florida.
Most small businesses are not underserved by accountants because accountants are careless. They are underserved because the economics of a large firm push the work down to whoever is available, and the relationship becomes a transaction that happens once a year.
We built Kingsley to avoid that. The firm is small on purpose. Dariel reviews every engagement. You have a named accountant who knows your business, and you can call them.
That constrains how many clients we can take. It also means the advice you get is grounded in someone actually knowing your situation, which turns out to be the entire value.
What we believe
Kingsley is deliberately small. Dariel reviews every engagement, and you have a named accountant who knows your business rather than a support ticket number.
We plan in July and October, not in March when nothing can be changed. Planning clients get a mid-year and a Q4 review as standard, in writing.
You get a fixed quote before work begins and it does not move without your agreement. No hourly surprises, and no hesitation about picking up the phone.
If we cannot explain why a number is what it is in language you can act on, we have not finished the job. Jargon is usually a sign someone is hiding something.
Leadership
Dariel spent years in audit and advisory before moving into a CFO seat, and then founded Kingsley Accounting Group in 2017. Audit taught her where numbers break. The CFO role taught her which numbers an owner actually needs to make a decision.
That combination shapes how the firm works: rigorous about accuracy, but never producing a report nobody can act on.
How we work
A free 20-minute conversation about where you are, what is not working, and whether we are the right fit. No pitch.
We look at your books, your last return and your systems, then give you a written assessment of what needs fixing and what it costs.
We correct what is broken, structure your accounts properly, and build the monthly rhythm around how your business actually operates.
Monthly reporting you can read, planning reviews before deadlines matter, and an accountant who answers the phone when you call.
Client experience
Book a free 20-minute consultation. We’ll look at where you are, tell you what needs fixing, and give you a flat-fee quote: no pressure, no jargon.
