Accounting & Bookkeeping
Financial Statement Compilation
Formally compiled financial statements prepared to AICPA standards: the version a bank, landlord, bonding agent or investor will actually accept.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Senior financial leadership without a senior salary: forecasting, margin analysis, and someone in the room when the decision actually matters.
An outsourced CFO, also called a fractional or virtual CFO, provides senior financial leadership on a part-time, ongoing basis, at a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire. The role is forward-looking: cash flow forecasting, pricing and margin analysis, budgeting, KPI reporting, and support through financing, hiring and expansion decisions. Kingsley Accounting Group delivers this as a monthly engagement with a standing meeting, typically for businesses between $1M and $15M in revenue where the owner is making decisions that are now too expensive to get wrong.
These are the situations that bring people to this service most often.
Every engagement covers the following as standard. Nothing here is an upsell.
We build the current picture: unit economics, true margins, cash conversion cycle, and the constraints you are actually operating under.
Forecast, budget and KPI set are built collaboratively, so you understand the assumptions well enough to challenge them.
Numbers land before the meeting. The meeting is spent on decisions, not on reading reports aloud.
Thirteen weeks out, refreshed monthly, so surprises arrive with notice.
Profitability by line and by client, usually the most uncomfortable report we produce.
Written analysis for the big calls, so the reasoning survives the conversation.
A bookkeeper records what happened. An accountant reports and files on what happened. A CFO uses that history to change what happens next: forecasting, pricing, financing and capital allocation. The work is forward-looking, and it assumes the historical records are already reliable.
Our outsourced CFO engagements generally run $1,500 to $4,500 per month depending on scope, meeting cadence and reporting depth. That compares with $180,000 or more in total cost for a full-time CFO hire in the Miami market.
Yes, forecasting on unreliable data is worse than not forecasting at all. If your records need work we address that first, either through our bookkeeping service or a one-time cleanup, and we will say so plainly rather than billing you for analysis built on sand.
Engagements are monthly with a 60-day notice period. We ask for a three-month minimum only because the first month is largely baseline building, and you should judge the value on the work that follows it.
